Ms Otsetswe Metshe holds a BA in Social Sciences (Economics) and currently studying towards attaining her Master in Business Administration at the University of Botswana. She is currently a Business Opportunity Analyst as Local Enterprise Agency, where she identifies and evaluates opportunities for growth and sustainable value creation.
Earlier in her career, she served as a Research Officer and a Planning Officer at the Ministry of Finance, gaining solid experience in economic analysis, policy research and strategic planning. She also serves Board Member of Botswana Railways. She brings this blend of analytical insight, financial understanding and public sector experience to the Board.
