Mr Mogegeh is an accomplished investment professional who holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from the University of Botswana.
He also holds certificates in Private Equity from Terrapin Training (South Africa), Mergers and Acquisitions from Amsterdam Institute of Finance (Holland) and Advanced valuation Techniques from Gordon Institute of Business Science (South Africa).
He brings over 24 years’ experience in private equity, corporate finance, and project finance across the local market. He has a strong track record in developing and executing investment strategies, structuring complex transactions, and driving value creation across portfolio companies.
Mr Mogegeh has co-founded two companies being Aleyo Capital and Catapult Advisors both focusing on provision of private equity and financial advisory services. He has worked for Botswana Development Corporation as an Investment Principal, Inflection Capital Partners in South Africa, Botswana Insurance Fund Management as an Investment Professional. He has also held various position in Private Equity and Unit Trust and Asset Management Companies.
